Job Experience
WAMI TA for the Engineering Dept. at the University of South Florida
employed since August 2000, I am currently the senior WAMI TA.
My responsibilities include:
- Lab maintenance and upkeep
- Supervision and teaching of lab students
- Occasional lab presentations during labs, tours, and USF’s Engineering Expo
- Fair assessment of students’ learning through grades
- Knowledge of proper use of lab equipment
- Enforcement of lab rules
- Administering individual quizzes, and proctoring the final exam
Marshall Center Games Room Attendant and Supervisor at the University of South Florida
An employee since March 1997, became assistant supervisor in January 2000, and supervisor in May 2000. This job is mainly a way to learn some managerial skills and get some extra cash while in college. I left this job to pursue a job as a WAMI TA during August 2000.
